Fee & Cancellation Policy

We require fees are to be paid at time of consultation. Your health fund may provide a rebate however this needs to be lodged separately with them. We accept cash, cheque, eft pos and credit card. If you have difficulty with fee payment, please discuss this with the practitioner. All payments through the smart terminal will have an additional 1.1% surcharge added.

 

We understand that you are busy as we all are. If you are unable to attend your appointment, we require that you call to cancel 24 hours prior so that way we may offer the appointment to someone else in need. If you fail to attend or give less than24 hours’ notice you will be charged 50% of the full fee. If you miss an appointment without any notice given, you will be charged the full fee.
