"I really do believe in the concept of using food as medicine. Having studied Human Nutrition for 8 years, completing a ‘mainstream’ applied science degree as well as the holistic nutrition and naturopathy side, I have developed a thorough and balanced awareness of the importance of our food and lifestyle choices. As an experienced and passionate teacher and practitioner, I have been teaching the theory of nutrition subjects since 2012 as well as running a private practice clinic in Sydney’s North shore since 2010.

 

My students often ask me how to ‘practically’ implement the theory and my clients often ask me for detailed menu plans and recipe. These seasonal workshops provide all the answers, the practical knowledge of how to make sensible and healthy changes to your diet and lifestyle to improve your health and vitality.
